Good. It's about time.
the devs read the forums all the time, just not the english forums not that i blame them
I don't blame them either.
I mean, what exactly would they take away from reading these forums?
Here's what they'd take away from reading the threads here:
"Hey SE, all you need to do is":
- Make the game easier
- Make the game harder
- Make raids more 'Midcore' (like they know what that means)
- Make the new Chaotic raid harder
- Make the new Chaotic raid easier
- Give better rewards for everything
- Make the game more accessible to casuals
That's what happened when you ignore people feedback,I don't blame them either.

People liked Bozja why remove it in EW?
People would love to have a job identity why removing anything could be unique about the job?
Why DT didn't meet player expectations?
there is a disconnection between Yoshi P team and players, or why would this forum pop-up after DT?
SOME people liked Bozja. Touting it like it was this great overwhelmingly loved content isn't going to help you get it back. Though it was far better received than Eureka (Which let's be honest, that wasn't a hard bar to surpass), it was still met with mixed reviews and just as many people disliked it as there were people who liked it. That would be why they didn't continue it. They saw the mixed feedback and decided their time and effort would be better spent on something else in the hopes that it would be better received than Bozja since Bozja was the FOURTH iteration on exploration content. It wasn't until they admitted they weren't going to keep it going that suddenly the forums and reddit exploded with complaints and people saying they loved the content without many detractors. That's what happened when you ignore people feedback,

Sincerely hope you don't work in any field focused on data analysis.I don't blame them either.

Some game developers engage in actual conversations with their players. When they see a complaint, they explain why they made the change, what their intentions were. Even if they don't plan on reverting the changes, that sort of thing can help players feel like their concerns are being heard.I don't blame them either.

Some game developers poll their players' opinions to see what works, what doesn't, what they want to see more of, what they want to see less of.
Some game developers, when they close bug reports as "working as intended", leave a comment explaining why that feature is "working as intended". When a bug report doesn't have enough information, they leave a comment explaining what information needs to be added; they don't just close it and move it to "not enough information".
Literally any of these things would be better than what XIV's developers do, or rather, don't do.
