Minor NPCs you'd like to see more of

Hoary Boulder has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I'd love to see him in a quest or something, even if it's just side content. Honestly, I'd love to know what that whole group has been up to since we saw them at the end of EW.

I love the scions team B, they deserve some love. Being the Boulder brothers, Coultenet, Riol, Aenor and Clemence, Isildaure and Alianne, I wished they appeared in some side content. Following their side stories everytime I was sent to the rising stones during HW patches and stormblood was so fun. It's one of the thing that made me begin to talk to npc for side lines.
