Angry When I blacklist someone, I want them to SHUT UP.

If someone's on my blacklist, I shouldn't have to hear from them --- ever. PVE blacklist is great for this. PVP, not so much. The blacklisted player can still spam "Hello" "Nice Job" or whatever. When they're blacklisted, they should be muted, full-stop.

"We want bunny suits for guys!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Ishgard housing!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Viera!" -- OK! ✅
    "We want Cloud's motorcycle!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Blue Mage!"-- OK! ✅
"We want the ability to earn past Feast rewards!" - HAHA no that's sacred.

I agree, same for frontlines I guess, don't need to see that a message was not displayed because the character is blocked - if it is still like that in alliance chat.
I am also not sure if we need the Unknown tag. Could be optional.

This is not a good idea, as in Japan data center, we use it for many other reason, and it is good for us to be able to temporarily see the message blacklisted or not. So I would like them to keep it as it is. This change also was something I hoped for. I believe the "Mute function" is used for the reasons. (Correct me if I am wrong)

If it's simply not feasible for one region, then just make it an option under character config:

    Blacklist:
    □ Show □ Don't show
