It's only natural. People don't want to waste their time being sabotaged by prog liars who think they can get carried through the fight without understanding mechanics.

If you don't know the fight, make a practice party.

People are frustrated by teammates that can’t do mechanics in a fight where mechanics need to be done, but now there’s 23 other people that can screw up instead of 7 other people. The probability that someone in your team is either trolling or overly optimistic about their performance is a lot higher.

Back in Endwalker I spent a week throwing myself UWU party finder every day, ready to clear, and only rarely getting a team that could even make it past the fight’s halfway point. Is it “sickening madness, discrimination and hysteria“ if someone doesn’t want to be in a situation like that? When someone only wants to clear then should they be forced to spend hours helping liars prog?

There’s no ideal solution to this situation and stuff like this is the only option to at least try to not get people that lie and waste your time.

Just make your own parties. These ones don’t sound like people you want to play with.

Since I'm progging and reclearing this chaotic in PF right away since start, I really understand them descriptions.
Like others already said: get ur things straight, be realistic about ur progg, don't bully others who are consistent.
Otherwise there are multiple PFs for progg XY mechanics so far.
And using any Discords for better communication, I don't see any problems.

the problem with discord mandatory is that not everyone have it nor use it and threatening people to blacklist and kick on single wipe isnt really welcoming too I do get that you wanna clear but if you pf and someone make a mistake it happen. I also will say this people who always said respect people time you play a MMO you have to respect everyone time and might have to take that your time isn't the only thing that matter. Also using a thing that is made to be toxic with 10+ clear is sorry but is toxic and the fact that anyone agree make you as toxic sadly because it is a illegal tools against player.

They don't; there's no achievements for clearing the fight 5 and 10 times, so there's no way to check.

BA and others had one, i bet that is on purpose so we cant check lol

A few days ago i am finally done with this raid, I have farmed 124 demi materia to buy the mount and hairstyle, i must say the drop rate for these things is way too low. i think i have seen the Pet only drop ONCE and you can not buy it for materia.

Overall the Fight is not that difficult, but it has a few mechanics that are just absurd or feel unfair for a 24 man.

#1 Towers
You need exactly 3 people for each tower on the sides, but you only got 6 players, there is very little to no time to adjust, combined with looming chaos mechanic that swaps all players positions.
If you have dead players, looming chaos will screw you over and then the assigned towers will most likely not resolve.
If you fail the towers, they explode and hit everyone of the entire alliance raid, which means multiple tower fails stack and wipe you instantly,
It has become a common strategy to use the Tank LB on the second set of towers, even when no one is dead, just in case.
Maybe the towers should only explode in a local area instead of hitting the entire raid.


2# The Tiles, The tiles breaking and instantly killing you because someone does a wrong step at the wrong moment leads to huge frustration, especially when you learn the boss, you can never know when someone will move to refresh his tile
I would suggest a more lenient time before the tiles break if two players step on the same one, maybe 3 seconds to adjust instead of <1 second.

3# Resurrections in general:
If someone falls down , his body almost always spawns at the wrong location, i think in general all players spawn at the east side, but their bodies should spawn at their assigned party positions
Party A = West, Party C East, Party B is a bit weird because they are in the middle, so either side is okay.
The Atomos Teleport should always face forward from your character, instead of a random direction, it is really difficult to aim properly otherwise, i have seen many people teleport into the abyss and die again.

...the more i read about that fight, the more im glad i decided to skip it.

But i still say, one party should never be able to wipe the alliance, at least not that easily. Like the Ice back then at Cid. At least you could tank LB or something to survive and pick up the corpses...
