Eorzean Heavensturn traditions

In this and past Heavensturn events, the bugyo states that in Eorzea, one of the Twelve is chosen to represent the new year.

Do we ever get to find out more about this? Is this the Year of Nophica or of Rhalgr or whomst? Do they go in a cycle like the Eastern zodiac does?

A cute coincidence in terms of the Eorzean pantheon and the Chinese Zodiac both having twelve representative:

On the first day of 2013, the last year of the snake, the servers were dark between 1.x and ARR, so we never had a true snakey celebration and we skipped a representative of the Twelve that year.

We've kept the game alive so long that both are finally getting their year.
