We click on the linkpearl, it have the retainer's name, and they'll tell us in a style befitting their speaking manner of what has sold and if we ask, what they have left.

I personally dont mind the retainers, either we search at a specific place called the AH, or we search for items at a place called the wards...i dont really see a huge difference here, and I kinda like the ability to type for the item we need to look for.

Go go retainers, AuctionHouse can stay away for all I care.

We discussed this request with the UI Team and they said they're planning to make it possible to see what items were sold by your retainer in some shape or form. The details on how it's displayed and confirmed are currently being worked on.

Can I make a suggestion?

There should be a retainer pearl so we can talk to him/her from anywhere we want. Unlike the bell to call them to exchange items and gil, it's on the menu already, shouldn't it be a option already? I have so many other NPCs calling except my retain who I care about the most and do business with.

It would be nice if items that were sold show up the first time we recheck our bazaars but grayed out and then it could disappear after we've seen it.

In A Realm Reborn, not only is the Development Team planning a way to review the items that you have sold through your retainers, they will also be looking into making it easier to examine the status of your sales such as through your houses or inns. We will have more details as we progress!

We have heard they plan to make an app for Android and iOS, but we haven't heard much on it recently and the servers will be able to be accessed by means other than the game client (ie an app)
