Audio Buzzing?

For some reason, in the past week or two I seemed to have acquired a constant kind of buzz from my speaker. I can hear it best if I mute the game audio... then I can hear it plainly. If a switch to the windows desktop, it kinda changes, but is still there. If I QUIT the game entirely, bingo, silent as a rock. Tried playing some music, sounded fine, when the music was shut off, speaker got silent (as it should).

Somehow I have this memory that I've seen this before... but I can't for the life of me figure out how I solved it. Sure hope one of you'all had this issue and solved it... could use the help.

Oh, It may very well have been with the launch of 7.1.5...

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
At what point does the issue occur?
How often does the issue occur?

Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
Does the issue occur with one device or multiple devices?
Is your output device wired or wirelessly connected?

Were any update or changes made to the PC around the time of the issue?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

All steps taken to resolve the issue:

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
