whats so difficult at implementing all of it at once then? Making glamour year 1 thats obtainable for 7 bucks in year 3 thru cash shop is scummy technique anyway, just pump all possible rewards into the event so nobody will complain, well rahter complain about no content because 1 quest to get it done I not really consider an "event"

Is it me or are ALL the events over the last year been cheesy and lazy on SE part... Even the event that showcases the beginning of what we know the game to be today, sucked.. You would think that of ALL the events, the Rising would be one they would give us something worth while since it's the anniversary of the game.. :/

Personally, I think this is just an issue of SE banishing past seasonal/holiday items to the mog station as filler.
Wouldn't it be nice for people to be able to get the kabuto(s) of that year's animal along with the items from that cycle as well?
It would also pad out the prizes people could get.

Granted, I rarely ever participate in Heavensturn due to what I consider to be lackluster rewards nor do I care for minions, so take what I say with a grain of salt. (☛*´∀｀*)☛ ~♥

1) Why not both? 15 usd monthly +retainers and massive cash shop for 1 minion?.
2) Multi billionaire company can't fix an unfinished race after 5 years of release? meanwhile pepepega on reddit can change SAM into Vergil from DMC5 animations and modbeast the game like Skyrim SE.
3)Square Enix hasn't enough resources to update ARR main cities to use mounts, meanwhile WOW let you fly on maps from 20 years ago.
4) People still has their apartments.

A good billion dollar MMO developer would add rewards of all kind for every event.
Shame SE is one of those billion dollar MMO developers who do the absolute bare minimum every time.
