Badly executed for a start. (Savage difficulty to get right, where you can be carried while it incentivises you to reclear and get better.. that would have been great! But not this where there is no room to carry and so people just abandon, or stick to their communities of ultimate raiders, and you barely get to practice after phase 1)

Secondly if you want to get people into savage... stop releasing it so quickly! Release MSQ. Allow people six weeks to do MSQ. Then release normal, allow peope to gear 1 job well and start gearing a nother (four weeks). Then release savage and allow people to gear jobs so that they can join as either as a 2nd choice if their friends and communities already have their first choice filled.

My god you've go so little content for casual players, and from day 0 your releasing savage because you just have to keep high end happy.
There is just no way into savage with friends, unless you no life, or are doing shady stuff for gil to buy your crafted gear.
1) you can craft your own gear, it isn’t hard and doesn’t take that long to gear up one class
2) Gil is worthless in this game, run your daily’s need or greed on everything and sell the seal products and you can basically pay for crafted gear alone let alone the 1049591060295&1$ other methods of obtaining Gil

Excessive savage release over casual content is fair enough but delaying savage for near two months to allow someone who plays 1 hour per month to gear up is just pointless and further renders the crafters useless
