Gatekeeping sucks, but it seems to be absolutely necessary for what's supposed to be a stepping stone difficulty content. You need to have cleared the previous step first.

This so much... if youre 100 and still run jobgear + NQ crafted, your food is still orange juice (if any at all) AND dont have any idea of stack, spread and light parties... just start with something else.
