Don't do chaotic raid again

Yeah, I like it quite a lot. Been at it since launch. I think though that the 24-man body check is pretty harsh and has made it extremely difficult. Especially since you can't rep 1 person without everyone else leaving too. Maybe 22-man towers would have been better; still strict but not a complete GG might as well remake the party if you have one person who is an idiot.



Oh yeah. It's been rough. Two pulls and then disband cuz someone's goldfish is on fire.

Wasn't much better this morning, PF I was in did a few pulls, the entirety of alliance A dropped, we were all asking what was going on, and then the alliance PF broke up. For all the people praising this fight, on Aether at least, there don't seem to be all too many people trying to do it still, we're around prime-time too.

PF on Aether is a shitshow, too. Haven't been in a single PF for the past 7 hours that can get past Phase 2 Towers.

There are barely any Aether PFs that go for very long to begin with. Unrelated, but the "5% of the playerbase" that this raid seems to be targeted towards still seems to be vibing in savage PFs. Everyone else is just complaining about it while praising it at the same time.

You actually don't need determination or months of practice though. You need a group of people who enjoy playing the game. I know a group who started Arcadion on week 1 and they're still progging M4S because they just don't take it seriously at all. They'll clear in the next couple of weeks and they're anything but dedicated or ambitious, lmao.

IDK what you think savage is but I can assure you it isn't that.

Casual = low commitment
Hardcore = high commitment
Midcore = somewhere between the two

It isn't a difficult concept to grasp.

I know a group that just failed on M1S after 2 months and their Static broke up. Two sessions a week and saw up to Mouser 2 before splitting up.

The playerbase has shown it cannot handle 24 man content when it's even simple stuff like regular alliance raids

My issue with this type of content is it always ends up as dead content after the first wave of ppl have cleared it. I still cant find groups to do criterion duns with and chaotic raid is going to be worst bc you need 6x more ppl. I hate it bc there is always something locked behind this content I really want. For Criterion it was the glow version of the last tier tomestone weapons. God, I want my avatar rpr weapon so badly. I going to try to do this new 24 man this weekend but I know if I don't clear before everyone gets bored with it, I will never get to clear it and even more rewards are locked behind died content. I know the community says they want something new but every time we do get something new it dies so fast...

I would imagine that like BA groups, there will be discords dedicated to running this.

Yeah, most likely, but still, I get tired of joining Discord servers. At that point, what's the point of the in-game party finder if we have to use third-party software to find a group?

Stop being anti-social and...join discords dedicated to running this content? People still run Baldesion Arsenal / Delibrium Reginae (Savage) /Blue Mage Raids daily/weekly so if you really want to do this content, you will be able to no matter how removed from release it is.

The point is the content is clearly out of season or if the replayability is only based on glam well...once you acquire it...you're done. There's nothing wrong with having content like that and there's nothing wrong with finding a dedicated group for it.

I don't appreciate you attacking me for having an opinion different from yours. For your information, I suffer from social anxiety, and it's not something I can just simply turn off. I do join Discord tho and power through my anxiety but at some point, I get really tired of having to join 50 different discord just to be able to find a group to clear content in the game for glam. I stand by my point "What is the point of PF if we have to use discord to even for this type of content." Either way, maybe next time don't be so rude to someone you don't know.
