plz Add more Hotbar & Ui adjustment options

1. Can you guys improve the basic in-game functions by adding more Hotbar UI adjustment options. To be specific，will you be kind enough to change the scaling options of the hotbar & ui from 100 120 130 150 to 100 101 102 like wow does with single digit so players can do some fine tuning?

2. The original mouse map is too small in 4k, and the scalling provided by the current system is too big, like 2x.

Can you add a 1.5x scaled mouse icon which would perfectly matches 4k computer screens?

Sorry I can't find the option to modify my post so I add a Ps here:
PS->1. or add single digit ajustment such as 99 100 101 102 121 I should say not entire change
