I wouldn't think they would do it for every raid tier. It's just a concept. We may very well get another as part of the exploratory zone, but it's content that is relatively difficult to organize for when compared to 4-man or 8-man content, which is why they probably won't elect to make it a consistent part of the patch schedule.
