Onion gear still obtainable?

I got 3/4 pieces of the Onion gear back in 2010, and since 2012 when i re-subbed been looking for the last piece (the legs). Are these still obtainable through faction leves? (and are they listed in the rewards, or in chests?)

Alright, i guess ill just keep trying to refresh the leves until i see it as a reward ^^;.

They appear as chest rewards sometimes.

That is leve reward if you selects leve, you may get 2 onions in a run from leve reward and then random chests.

Just got Onion gaskins from a 20 leve in Limsa. Was listed on the leve as the reward.
