But with a group of 4+ having them, that CD shouldn't be a huge deal. If you need one every minute then maybe your group has other issues. I do foresee phoenix down strats coming for some content though.
Thats exactly what i wanted it to be. If it were too strong then healers would lose some of their power and fantasy as healers. Im so glad they implemented it how they have.
Now i just want to see it added into hardcore with limitations that scale based on the difficulty of the content. Current idea I have is something like the party getting a pool of PD raises they can use per pull (healer raises are unaffected and can be used as much as you have mana). Maybe something like EX getting 5, Savage getting 2/3, and Ult getting 1. Then you could also nerf rdm verraise and fix raise tax. Same with summoner. If everyone can raise then SMN and RDM raises become simply helpful utility as an extra raise on top of the pool rather than a necessary prog thing, meaning you can buff their damage. You also wouldnt feel like you HAVE to have them for prog. (I also.think the other dps should have more unique utility and more equalized damage output but thats a big thing to get into)
Theres tons of ways to implement it, this is only one idea i have, but im so glad they did this. I never thought theyd actually do it, especially not so soon.

I like that they're doing it but they seriously need to review the whole trinity and battle system because what are healers there for exactly now that everybody can raise?

Definitely they need to do some reworking of balance. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this post, now that everyone can raise, they need to make it so classes cant sustain themselves through so much content without healers. Theres too much healing on non-healers currently. Some is fine, but its gone too far when tanks can solo even 8 person fights on release. Now that a healer dying in casual content isnt a death sentence because you can raise them, there needs to be strong incentive to do so.
The main problem is when a party's heals per second outpaces the dps of the boss without a healer. Currently that is too easy to do. So either buff boss dps, or nerf non-healer healing. The latter i see as the easier option. And so tanks dont lose their fantasy, you could shift some healing power to shielding and mit and such. So long as they cannot outheal the boss's dps, they will slowly die without a healer (but now they can raise them so they dont have to just wait for death)
