Accessibility Option Needed for Fishing: Re-implement turning off "!" and alert sound

As of patch 7.1, it is now impossible to disable the exclamation point pop-up and ding sound when you hook a fish. Previously, you could do this by turning off battle effects or setting them to limited for "self."

I have misophonia, and the ding sound from fishing specifically is a trigger and I literally cannot fish in-game at this time because the sound makes me experience pretty severe physical and psychological distress.

I have been fishing in this game since ARR. It's my favorite part of FFXIV.
For me, the fun of fishing is relaxing in the in-game environments, listening to the music and the soft creak of the rod, and immersing myself in the world. With DING "!" every few seconds that is impossible (even if you don't get misophonia from it!). Fishing becomes a noisy, irritating, grind. It loses its heart.

I do understand that for a lot of players they just want to be able to grind fishing, so I get why the exclamation point system was added. But we could ALWAYS turn it off. Now we cannot.

Please re-enable the option to turn the fishing alerts off in settings, either through battle effects or with a dedicated setting.

While I don't suffer from any ailments, the lack of ! and "UI SFX" so to speak back in older patches was a lot more immersive. Just hearing the fish bite and the rod tug, knowing the difference between the three severities of bite just by the movement and sounds of your rod was a lot more relaxing, and felt like you were just out there with the fish. With the forced !'s and sfx it does feel more like playing a video game.
So yeah I agree and I'd really like to bring the immersion back.

While I don't experience a medical condition such as Misophonia, I DO find the addition of the loud "BLING!" sound effects incredibly jarring.

Additionally, I feel like this could be an incredibly easy hotfix for the UI team.

Similar to how there are different means of character movement controls (Standard & Legacy), just add a checkbox option in settings for "Legacy Fishing Style", which would remove both the cartoonish exclamation marks and the "BLING!" sound effect, reverting fishing to it's original mode.

If this is implementable, it would be nice if the same fix can turn off the cartoony "?" on the /hmm emote and speech bubble on the... "vexed", I think? Both were good emote animations rendered unusable for taking serious pictures in Gpose unless you zoom in uncomfortably close to conceal the effects.
