Option for titlescreen to change based on last logged in character's MSQ progression

In 7.15, the following bug was fixed: "An issue with the opening movie and logo corresponding to main scenario progress, wherein logging in with a different character would revert it to a previous patch, despite having cleared Patch 7.1 main scenario with at least one character."

I'm well aware it was a bug, but to be honest, I really enjoyed seeing the title screen change based on what character I was last on. I replay the game a lot, so having a little bit of extra immersion when logging in/out of said character and seeing different expansions was cool to me. I'd love to see this added as an extra option.

My friend recently got the full game after being on the free trial, but because I had once logged in on my EW character on their computer, they got the Endwalker title screen despite only being in Heavensward. I know it's because it's a system setting, but it would be nice if it at least applied per account or something.

I wonder if there's a toggle somewhere in the system files that could be manually manipulated to reset the recorded MSQ progression, so my friend can have the title screens following their actual progress without needing to manually change the title screen themself... Though idk if digging into the code like that would go against ToS or not.

That was a bug? I thought that was the intended operation of this feature, and the fact that it stopped working was the bug!

I, too, would like to see the title screen for the character I last logged in as. When this first came out I had two characters in Dawntrail and two in Shadowbringers. As of today, one of my alts has reached Endwalker. Would be nice to see the Endwalker title when playing my Lalafell, and the Shadowbringers title on my FemHroth, while my Au Ra and Bunboi get Dawntrail.

Ah so that is why I am stuck with Dawntrail while I have been playing on my new alt.
So, the cool title screen changing based on character played was a "bug".
I really hope they unfix that "bug" on purpose because the dynamic changing title screen was awesome.
And if that "bug" returns by mistake I hope they can never fix it again or they just leave it alone.

Is there any fix to this? I logged on to my friends computer who is in Heavensward and now they are getting the Dawntrail splash screen. It was awesome that it was progressing with their story and now this sucks.
