im looking at http://finalfantasyxiv.com can you please tell me where this new UI is supposedly hiding? cuz OP pictures, are pretty much the UI, thats coming in 2.0
until you can show me UI changes to 2.0 that differ drastically from what hes shown us, you dont have a case
I don't know how anyone can look at the old (OP) and new pictures and say it's even close to being the same with a straight face. There are many differences, and I listed several of them. I do have a case. It is totally subjective what changes one would call "drastic." Most of the changes are additional or changed functionality. There is also some additional information. Little has been removed, so the guide pics are not totally irrelevant- but dated is still a completely fair word to use. The pics do not explain any of the new features that have been introduced since then (because SE doesn't have a time machine.) As far as what I consider drastic, the ability to see other people's cast time bars, and currently executing actions is a HUGE change- one of the biggest. But I'm calling a post from you in the next 5 minutes stating "not drastic, you have no case" even though it's a subjective opinion debate.

I haven't wrongfully accused anyone of anything. I myself am the one being wrongfully accused. I accept that saying "we've all seen this before" is an unlikely assumption, but I was actually predicting if I didn't say this, someone else would- because the simple fact is it's not new. I'm very surprised at the number of people claiming to have never seen it before, because it was posted on these forums, the very original screenshot was in the original PDFs released when 2.0 was announced and appeared on most of the sites that ever covered FFXIV at all. Suprise doesn't change the truth, of course, so it was wrong of me to make such a bold assumption. I do consider that a mistake.
