hard to tell now as im using my RTX 3050 max graphics and with High (WQHD/4K) on, its not crashing with this GPU but it still can randomly, been like that since DT started, so something with my RTX 3060 is causing a crash every time, it might be a power issue, but i dont get any weird graphical problems as if my RTX 3060 is broken, it just crashes only while playing FF14.

I'm inclined to agree that returning the card is an overreaction. You might want to try contacting MSI (or whatever third party partner) about it and see what diagnostics they suggest. You can also send them a link to this thread as a troubleshooting log.

im gonna test my RTX 3050, and if the game always crashes still then theres something else wrong.
OK, start HWInfo again, uncheck the "Sensors only" button and make a screenshot of it. Then post the screenshot please.

The HWInfo log does not show any voltage issues.

Make sure to try changing the UI Resolution Settings from High (WQHD/4K) to Standard (HD/Full HD). It might solve your crashing issues.

Your RAM (Corsair CMK32GX4M2E3200C16) needs to have the clock at 1600 MHz and timing set at 16-20-20-38 with tRC at 57 to function optimally.

Try setting up a new XMP profile in your BIOS if you haven't done that since upgrading your RAM. There also should be a way to manually change your RAM's clock speed and timing values in your BIOS if XMP isn't giving you the right numbers there.

ill look into what this is and how to do it, thanks.
something that doesnt make sense is, using my RTX 3050 with this ram, the game still works even tho i should fix the Ram clock, but if i use my RTX and this Ram then the game crashes every time, so something else is causing the RTX 3060 to fail?
i probably should try if RTX 3060 + my 2x 8Gb ram and if that works or not.

You're welcome; I'm curious how it turns out after making the changes. Please give an update post when you're done and have had a chance to see if it fixed anything.

My thoughts are that, for whatever reason, the more powerful RTX 3060 is exposing the instability caused by the incorrect clock and timing of your RAM to a higher degree than your RTX 3050.

I would recommend leaving your 2 x 16GB where they are and fixing the clock and timing values first. Poke around in your BIOS until your find where to enable XMP. Do that and it should automatically take care of selecting all the correct values for clock and timing stuff. Afterwards, make sure to run another system summary to see that all the numbers are correct. If they are, then install your RTX 3060 again and see if you can play the game.

I had a similar issue a few years ago. My cheap motherboard VRMs were overheating, which caused my computer to reboot. Checking to see if your motherboard is infamous for having similar issues might be something to look at.

According to that picture, it looks like there is an XMP profile for 1600, so you might find that one in the BIOS somewhere hopefully.
