Your thoughts on the new Chaotic Alliance Raid having (possibly) BIS gear?

Savage came out 4months ago.
All the 7.1 contents should've drop better gear than savage imo but atleast chaotic should be the new BiS.

Call me a pessimist but I don't think this content; the chaotic raids will be big enough to cause any form of divide. It's still 24 people that need to be organized, and honestly after the first couple of months the content will struggle to actually function outside of organized after a good month, and even then, they may start as very active events, but they will eventually fall to the wayside. It'll start with events daily, maybe even every few hours... Then after 7.2 it'll be maybe 1-2 times every week on weekends, until it is just eventually sporadic unless someone takes initiative.

If I am remembering correctly in that they said you can practice with 12 but would need 24 to clear, then I think this will be the biggest issue as everything will hinge on being able to go in with 24, unlike BA where you could still go in and clear with fewer people than intended.

Realistically, the gear from Chaotic Alliance raid is pointless unless you are doing FRU and could use the tiny gains from better secondary stats.

This game has no real gear progression due to the easy mode crafting wiping the slate clean with crafted combat gear (in three months).

I wouldn't stress it.

Well, by all digging I can do, unless you have an alt account displayed as your forum character, you don't do any of the currently challenging content the game has to offer... So maybe start with that before complaining the game has no challenge in it?

That is entirely irrelevant towards having an opinion on things, other than making up an excuse to an obvious problem with the game, that you took the 'time to dig' into stuff only show that, but if you must know, I got two full accounts for various reasons, one is privacy.

Being able to get all BiS on matter what skill you got is irrelevant, and should be obtainable for everyone no matter what way and how you look upon it, the gear itself should not be a reward, possible certain glamours or the likes instead obtained from doing the content, but then that is it.

In the long run, that's what the reward already is. Wait a few patches and you can buy superior gear with standard tomestones, but the glamour value remains.

Who cares if some pieces are BiS? Once 7.2 comes out everyone's just going replace it with the new crafted gear.

We also don't know the true difficulty of the Chaotic raid since it's not out yet. Even if SE says it won't be as hard as Savage, it probably won't be a walk in the park either.

I just want to play it with my friends and have a good time. The reward is the enjoyment of playing a game in my free time.

It is absolutely relevant to the conversation if you're claiming the game has no challenge, and then refuse to engage with the content in the game that is designed to be challenging. It's literal hypocrisy.

Savage loot is complete trash... 8 weeks to get a weapon to play an alt..so 21x8 = the worst loot system in any game...so i hope this loot can be farmed they need to give it weapons also
