Why not get this done with once and for all ?!?!?!?
Why not get this done with once and for all ?!?!?!?
the said in live letter 83 in one or 2 patches.
They precised in the liveletter digest (last line of the thread) it should arrive in 7.2 or 7.3.
I hope it arrives in 7.2, I left my basement empty just for that furnishing limit expansion and I just got done decorating the main and upper floor of Meow Mansion in LB with the new minimalist design and I like how it came out :3
Meow Mansion - Rinoa's personal mansion located in Exodus LB W28 P28
Mihgo Manor - Minaa's personal mansion located in Seraph Shiro W14 P60
Also really hoping it’s 7.2 rather than 7.3… I’m already to the point that using a new furnishing means removing one I’ve already placed because I’m full, plus the storage is full. I really want to play around with some of the more recent furnishings, but I don’t have the room! lol
I hope this item increase applies outside too.. (and without need of upgrading the layout) I really love small houses but I have to block my basement to do what I want...
I'd like a few slots outside too... (honestly the aetheryte and mailbox should not occupy a slot...)

It is a friggen joke that liveletter...the said in live letter 83 in one or 2 patches.

Yeah it's especially bad for small houses. With aetheryte, mailbox, chocobo stable and gardening patch basically 1/4 of your slots are already taken, just to get basic functions of housing.
Aetheryte and mailbox should be baseline. And there should be a gardening patch and chocobo stable you can add to the house using the slot at the side for the small extra roof or chimney. It would already be a huge improvement if we could place a Post Moogle NPC inside the house.
It’s a good thing not to answer your enemies. I scarcely ever do. Perhaps Emily is more like me than I am like myself. Perhaps she would rather not answer her friends, even. She keeps it all in her heart.
It's beginning to give Ishgard vibes. I remember in ... Shadowbringers, was it? I might be getting it wrong. But the short end of it is they teased ishgard housing but didn't give an exact date, so people were holding off on decorating their homes because they knew they'd relocate to ishgard anyway. I don't really know how or where people got the impression that we'd get it in that expansion, but I personally knew loads of people who didn't touch their home because they fully expected the new ward to open any day now. But it never did. We kept getting more and more post-expac updates with no Ishgard housing ever, just endless Ishgard restoration. And then at the end of the expac, they told us 6.0 would have ishgard housing released... to view! Not to own yet. So there was even more waiting after that. And then when they finally did release the damn thing, they changed up the whole ward system and made it so that 18/24 of the wards were for FCs only. In effect, loads of people I knew who waited for years didn't even get a plot because they picked a plot that had nobody else bidding, checked back in a few days and saw that 1 other person was bidding against them, and then lost it.
In the same sense, here we all are, waiting for this housing update that's been teased since last expac but there's no defined release date and so we just keep supposing that it'll be in .2, or oh maybe .3... the only upside here is that it's impossible for them to screw up something as simple as extra furniture space, so at least we won't be disappointed when it finally does come out. Right?
