Please give us more housing wards/plots

I think that i´m not only one who wish that there is more housing wards/plots because it is hard to get medium or large house to yourself or fc. There is so many smalls free but no one wants them because people trying to get medium or large house. It shouldn´t be that hard to add those ingame. Please also add housing wards to dawntrail areas. Our fc tried to get medium house but without zero luck and we really need it.

everyone wants a house but when a small becomes available no one wants to buy it because they want a large, what needs to happen is when they add more wards is to also add more large houses as 1 per ward is clearly not enough since large is the only house everyone seems to want

me personally when ishgard housing went up i went and secured me a small house while everyone else was fighting over the large

What they should do is increase the wards based on server size and demand, not one giant lump increase for every world/data center, since we have been hearing complaints about some servers not even having wards filled up.

doubt that'll ever happen yoshi p wants the wards to feel like a community even though the wards are always empty despite all the housing being owned

Except even getting a small is hell. My friends and I started our own FC and spent 3 months trying to even get a small, we weren't even trying for a medium. We only got a house because a defunct FC wanted to ensure their spot went to a RP FC that would put it to use. Unfortunately, for those who aren't as lucky to find such a benefactor they are stuck in the grind losing smalls to private owners.

This^ 100% agree. We have low inventory on Greg with over 300+ people bidding in every auction on whatever is available. I am on a 7+ month streak of "better luck next time." Some have commented that it took them 5+ years to get a house. Meanwhile, some here have multiple houses, even an entire ward of houses. Moving is not really an option for me, and that is the only option I have - other than quit playing. They need to do something to fix housing. As is, a house is the rarest thing in the game - not a weapon or mount (as it should be). Adding additional wards would be a step in the right direction at least. Instanced housing like the Island would allow everybody to get a house even if for a cost. Win a plot and purchase any size house you want or can afford then have the ability to upgrade it (will something similar happen?). I could even get behind weighting bids in favor of those trying the longest, which would def not be fair to all. Instead, zero is being done now. Maybe in a future patch sometime down the road... Better luck next time!

I think small houses will go a lot faster once they put in the new thing where you can make the interior bigger. Granted, who knows when that'll happen? I'd be surprised if we see that before the .5 patch.

Also, we just need instanced housing. The current system is dumb.

as of this moment there is ONE medium in all of twintania. and thats not great for an fc building. these plots keep going to venue owners to use as degen-dens and deprive actual fcs or real housing for community events
