Unable to World Transfer after ninety days

I did a transfer to Kraken on September 13th. Unfortunately the server is a bit too dead for me so I have been waiting to move. It was ninety days on December 12th. Even if I did the transfer at the end of day, it's still past the ninety days. I am unsure why I am being told to wait when I attempt to transfer.

Any help would be appreciated.
