I like the little festival area they opened up for this one but theres nothing to do there.

There is always a danger of becoming too grindy or too job like. I hate when holidays are designed where can't miss a day. You should be able to get everything in less than half the available days.
There could be a combination of daily and infinitely repeatable activities.
I like mounted/vehicle quests but many of them suck in this game. Some older ones have a dialog each time you hit something, that is completely unnecessary. The new ones for the pelu pelu have "fixed" this by just have you do something once. These kinds of quests should have like 5 or more targets but you shouldn't have to stop to read a dialog. Just have people respond with speech bubble and animation/emotes so you can just move on if you like.

The area feels like a true little clearing in the forest. It feels cozy and genuine, something I just don't get from any DT area. The upper side walks are such and nice detail, and down at the festival, there's so many little details and colors. I'll be legit sad when it's gone.
You're not wrong: There's nothing else to do, but I still wanted to appreciate how lovely the little area is.

I wonder if leaving an unused alt logged out in the zone would allow access to the space like the Blunderville lol.The area feels like a true little clearing in the forest. "Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."

I replied quickly without developing but I found that the area was quite gorgeous too. And more crowded with decorations than previous years, so I thought it was a benefit from the graphic update (they can put more details on screen).

I think it would contribute positively to the game if every event added something small to the game that was going to be there to stay once the event was done. Maybe they'd put more work into the events if they didn't start from the idea that it is going to be only in the game for two weeks and then discarded to never be seen again.
