It's a technicality for sure but it absolutely stands. People like a good witchhunt and fear mongering but you don't need to run 3rd party stuff to check these things.
I'm pretty sure using logs from a website that breaks the TOS and using that information against another player also breaks the TOS. How the info got there isn't relevant.

Good luck kicking someone in game and referencing the logs and seeing what happens.
