In the modern game if you understand your oGCD’s the most paper thin tank can be kept up with at most 2-3 adlo’s. If you are spending half your time casting adlo thats a problem with understanding of the job. We simply have too many heals relative to outgoing damage to need constant GCD healing even if the tank is useless

Like you have aetherflow, you have blessing and whispering dawn, you have seraph and seraphism, you have recitation and dissipation for more aetherflow, you have embrace and fey union, you have prepull shields, the output is simply ridiculous to the incoming damage
