minstrel's ballad: sphene's burden wont Unlock

I went through everything that was required to unlock minstrel's ballad: sphene's burden, but the quests icon won't show up. I don't know if this is a bug or I'm missing something that I'm not aware of. TY

Perhaps you already unlocked it? Open Duty Finder, look at the "High-end Duty" tab and look at the Trials tab.

Once this trial is replaced with a new one, it gets moved to the "Regular Duty" tab and appears under "Trials 2" there, and then "Trials 1" once the expansion is over. Perhaps you were expecting to find it there. This is a common point of confusion.
