Because its clearly that our sub fees, Cash shop purchases aint going to the game.. Since all we get is same garbage over and over and over and over again.. I have a feeling that our money is being spent on other games..

yeah they use all of XIV's money to pay for their projects because they think that it's too big to fail so they think it's fine to neglect it and use the funds to make things that end up flopping
It probably is being spent on other games... That much is natural, the only problem with it is that not enough good or substantive stuff is being developed in general.
and honestly, this game could have triple the budget it does currently has, but it still probably wouldn't solve much of the problem, because at this point a lot of the problems are between promises and features not being treated as initially intended or advertised.. Hey, where's our previous series rewards??? , and them just not bothering to add replay value to their content. It wouldn't matter if all they did was funnel that into one-time experiences, or experiences with limited replay value after completion. They have a very stagnant and rigid formula, which IMO trumps any issue.
if they put 3 times as much money as they did now into it they'd be able to fix the netcode, get rid of the technical debt, and make hats for vierasIt probably is being spent on other games... They could
But you and me both know they wouldn't. - That's what I am getting at, how the budget is used matters just as much as how much there is.
A smarter dev studio and publisher would be able to make XIV twice as good a game with half the income it currently gets.
We are SE's cash cow. Why else would they sell branded camping gear? To MMO players? They know we'll buy it, because we're stupid and we don't know better.
My outline for a Chemist healer: https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/513527-Healer-Concept-Draft-Chemist
One day, Yoshi-P walked into a shop and saw branded WoW stuff and thought he wanted that for FFXIV too.
He actually doesn't need to go out of his way to make this happen now. A lot of people with high ranking positions in merch companies reach out to Square Enix and ask to brand it with FFXIV because they play the game a lot in their free time.
putting more money into the game won't make it better.
if they continue with their stance on just about everything the players who don't like ff14 will not like it even if they throw every last dollar they make at the game.
there is also a limit to how much money they can make no matter how much money they put into the game so there is a *is putting 10million into the game to get 10million back even worth it* let alone if they were to put a lot more money into the game and not get all the money back.
They spend it on their next ambitious project and when that doesn't make their projected 100 Trillion USD within one week they will close that studio. (It made $100 million and had a budget of 1 Million)
