Intense Desync in the New A-Raid

I have a device that runs on maximum settings no problem, and even with everyone's affects turned off but my own, it has issues -- this isn't a problem with literally any other kind of content, and it's comparable to Frontline Lag in PVP. Frontlines also clear up within the first few seconds of initial combat.

I have Graphics settings turned up to Maximum, Self effects on All, Party effects on Limited, Others on None, and... I've experienced no issues in any content. The new Alliance Raid has been fine, and I didn't even know that "Frontline Lag" was a thing until I saw this post. :shrug:

I ran the current Alliance Raid today with no issues after upgrading to Windows 11 Home version 24H2, for what that's worth.
