I would have both as an option. Everything up to and including the boss and have a wall, this would be savage.

Nightmare mode is there are no walls period, you could pull from start to finish.

Both modes would not be tuned any differently than the normal runs. The would save on dev time. I figure having several dozen monsters and bosses should make it hard enough on its own.

Rewards would be based upon how much you pull, if sync is used, etc.

To the final wall with it all would be only a title when synced.

This would also allow for some clutch saves and mayhem, you could pull it all and train some off, using kiting to remove mobs, etc.

It’s all existing assets, just no walls, no rules, it’s a nightmare our own making and we get rewarded if we survive.

Could be double tomes, more loot, rare loot, random raid tokens, etc. I would also have a bad luck system that you get tokens to spend on that one item that just won’t drop.
