I'd love to see you abandon your FC, everything you've worked for and earned on your home world, and pack up and leave "free-of-charge" to an empty shell of a server just to have access to a feature in the game.

Everything you've worked for and earned? I'm pretty sure transferring servers doesn't reset your account to level 0. You'd have to leave your FC but that's it.
