It's polite to wait for people. The cutscene takes 15 seconds max. Plus it gives people time to prepare and potentially for buffs to come off CD in tme. If you pull when everyone is ready as opposed to early pulling you save time overall due to having better DPS.

The real reason people early pull is to avoid getting kicked so they can go back to being afk cause it's incredibly unlikely others are gonna wipe the whole alliance in order to kick them.
