Ideally it should have been implemented together. It's good to know that they might be working on a regional PF, but it would really be nice if they gave updates and/or timelines. I'm aware that it will take a long time and the updates can be vague, but at least give us something, lol.

They did in the 7.1 LL. When talking about why the ranked CC only happens on data centers, this is what Yoshi-P said:

Oh thank you, I wasn't aware that he said that!
It is indeed incredibly vague but at least it's confirmation that they are working on something. However long it might take or however good or bad it might be.
