I'll bite the troll post since I'm bored.

1. This sounds EXHAUSTING and would result in even less of a clear rate then their already is, 15-21 minutes is a fine sweetspot for these fights most players aren't World Prog level and are gonna take months to even see the final phase.

2. FRU has a puzzle the puzzle was just solved well before any group saw the failure state (unlike engima codex or saving our boy) and the playerbase at large went into this fight expecting a puzzle so they looked for it faster then say engima codex which took a long time.

3. I kinda agree with this since potency creep is kinda annoying but I don't know how much dev time it take to realistically redo and retest all that math and who cares honestly if someone clears a older ult when its slightly easier later its still a huge accomplishment

4. TOP didn't have as much organization to its mechanics (what role you get for a mechanic was basically random) and its the most divisive fight in the game.

Part of why FRU is easier and was cleared super fast is that failing a mechanic doesnt just kill you outright and the party it gives a dmg down that makes dps checks nearly impossible but lets you still prog the mechanics. for the health of the game having some fights not be basically being punched in the balls by the boss for someone else slightly messing up a mechanic is probably better. Tho I be down for ult 2 to be closer to DSR levels then this which is comparable to TEA
