Why stop there? I think Ultimates should be 24 hours long, minimum. It's supposed to be an "ultimate" battle, not something that can be done on a quick lunch break. It isn't "Futures Rewritten (Tuna Salad Sandwich and an Apple)"; it's "Futures Rewritten (Ultimate)." Make it ultimate. I should be hospitalized immediately after clearing.

I personally think that every time you hit a specific phase, you should have a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle priority-shipped to the home address registered on your account; upon completion of the puzzle, the resolution to an upcoming mechanic will be revealed. Did you wipe? Don't worry: a new puzzle with a new resolution gets shipped to you.

Agreed. If the enrage is possible to beat, the boss is too easy.

I think one thing that would help is if, in addition to a controller or keyboard/mouse, Ultimates required players to plug in a standard DDR dance mat and intermittently perform extremely difficult dance maneuvers alongside executing mechanics and rotations. But the devs are scared to take risks, so they'll never do this.
