We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred when playing Final Fantasy XIV. Unfortunately at this time it appears that we may only suggest using FINAL FANTASY XIV in borderless windowed mode rather than full screen if the issue does not persist in the other mode.

If you feel like the issue may be a bug and would like to report it, please create a new thread entry in the Bug Reports > In-Game Bugs section with the required information as shown in the main thread sticky.
