lethargy-- this is the second time I have heard this term used within the context of tank gameplay. Is Lethargy a term that's actually somewhere in the ToS?You probably aren't going to get sanctioned for that, especially if it is genuine, and you make an effort to join in on the combat once you are done.
What you may get sanctioned for, however, is if you refuse to join combat after watching a cutscene.
"If you are a tank, someone pulls and you don't skip to rescue them..." -- I very much doubt this, and frankly this response just comes across as trying to assign themselves a victim card because people are actually watching the cutscene. If this happens then a successful dispute is likely to be the case. If this were also universally applied (and not just happenstance with over-enforcement of rules), then I would go as far to say that there would be a non-insignificant amount of drama about it.
The counter to the above point is that the perception can be that the person pulling and expecting the player to skip can be seen as compelling a playstyle, which is also listed, as much as lethargy is.
