Void Ark lighting effects causing problems for photosensitive player

Hello! Was unsure of exactly which category to put this thread in, so let me know if it should be moved.

I am a somewhat new player making my way through the game at a glacial pace. Just started the Heavensward alliance raids, and I was having a lot of fun with them, except for one thing in the Void Ark: the hallways between bosses have these purple lamps that are damaged and flicker. Flashing/flickering lights can trigger migraines for me, and are really painful to look at in general. I had to squint while running through these hallways and it still hurt a lot. The only other thing in the game so far that has had this sort of effect on me is the lightning effects during "thunder" or "thunderstorm" weather, but that's a lot easier to manage because it only goes off every once in a while rather than constantly.

As it stands now, unless I'm able to find a way to turn off these effects, I'm going to have to abandon the instance every time I get this dungeon in Alliance Raid roulette if I don't want to risk a lot of pain.

Is there anything that can be done to mitigate this? My ideal solution would be an option in settings to turn off this sort of effect.

If you're fine in the boss arenas, you could wait at the starting point while the rest of the party goes on ahead and clears the tunnels. When they get into a fight, you'll get a prompt to warp there once the entry seal activates.

Void Ark is so low-difficulty they probably won't notice you're missing, and shouldn't mind if you say why you're sitting out.
