There is definitely an element of “magical fairy girl” going on with SCH that you can argue is very at odds with its brutal war tactician lore but I don’t really think this is remotely indicative of something lolicon.

Maybe it was a mistranslation where the person was trying to argue that the fairy feels a bit excessively gendered in the same vein as WHM being all about white dresses and flowers
