Suggestion: Hall of the Novice (Tactical Training) unlock

I'm playing through the MSQ on an alt, and noticed that after completing "Hearts on Fire", HOTN Tactical Training unlocks. However, I was specifically looking for this, while a new player may not necessarily know about it. Something more obvious (e.g. the famous "you have unlocked something" sound+notification) would be really helpful here, in my opinion.

There's a small exp roadbump you hit from 49-50 if you'd done absolutely nothing but msq, so being more aware of the fancy EXP ring would also be a good way to encourage players to complete this training!

I remember when doing it on an alt that the MSQ pointed me to the actual Hall of the Novice in Western La Noscea, right before I started Sastasha. It did not require me to actually do it, but it pointed me there and how it could all help. It's right next to Sastasha if you want to take a look.

This is for part 1 of HOTN. The newly added part 2 (tactical training) does not lead you in quite so obviously.

It would be good if it made it clearer, but I think this may actually be their intention. When you get that far, you've seen a lot of these mechanics already, and are about to see others (for example, you've seen various types of AoEs and the tank buster marker and are about to see stack and aoe indicators). Based on some of their comments about it, it seems aimed at people who skipped, want to catch up or want to educate their friends by pointing them to Hall of the Novice.
