Crystalline Conflict Rewards (Day 4)

Hey,

I ranked Crystal in the first season of Crystalline Conflict (CC), there was a lull in content, so I unsubscribed for a few months. When I came back I was a few days too late to claim my rewards. Every time there is a new season of CC I am reminded of the totally asinine way that PVP rewards are handled in this game. We have plenty of systems in the game for delivering items and rewards. Why are the rewards not simply mailed to you in game similar to a veteran reward? why not add achievements that you automatically earn at the end of the season where the reward can be claimed? Either of those options are better than the current system. I do not think someone in my position will ever be satisfied with missing out on a rewards that took countless hours to earn.

Anyway, apparently Square support and the Game Masters are unable (more like unwilling) to award these items after the time has passed to claim them. I have been directed countless times to post to the forums... so without delay here is "Day four of posting on the forums until I get what is owed to me and the system gets changed."


If anyone else has had issues with being unable to claim your Ranking rewards at the end of the season please reply here. I want them to change the system so that it doesn't rip people off.

Personal recommendation - keep your posts in a single thread. Threads generally get viewed if they are one big thread rather than 3+ threads with low post count on the same topic, doubly so if created by the same author.

Again, creating multiple threads of the exact same topic is not going to help your case and at worst the threads will be merged.
