Just to give some information to that problem because my wife has the same issue.
System 1 - Windows 11, DDR4 32 GB Corsair Vengeance 3600 Mhz, I7 10700, AMD 7900 XTX, m2 1 tb western digital - no crashes
System 2 - Windows 11, DDR5 16 GB DD4 32 GB Corsair 6200 Mhz, I9 14900, Nvidia 3060 OC Gigabyte, ssd Samsung evo 500 gb - since patch 7.0 roughly 50 crashes and counting.

No other games show problems or crashes. Heck i installed on system 2 Stalker 2 and that works fine. System 1 plays on a 4k monitor while system 2 plays on a 27 WQHD.
I witched GPU, Monitor around with no changes. Sytem 1 - no crash, System 2 crashes BUT ONLY FF14. I tried even to install on a new nvme for System 2 but still the same. Did Furmark for 1 hour no crash on both system. Also cinebench on both just for fun and all good.
The crash is always directx related and with almost no information to go about. But it seems to this date only crashes to desktop, so that's good - blue screen would be far worse.
For me it looks like a FF14 problem but i do not know what triggers the crash. Confusing.

On a other note the "soundbug" which even Yoshida himself encountered in a LL is here again or something similar. At least for me but on a good note my game does not crash just silence.
