Most of the time, the normal Nvidia software installs the new driver good but when issues like this arise, it's usually because the Nvidia software doesn't completely wipe all older drivers, so bits of them are left over and cause conflicts with the new drivers.

i followed your advice, no internet in safe mode, uninstall GPU driver, reboot install "566.14-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql" from the link you gave me, but it looked like it installed the GPU driver and Geforce experience software, then Geforce.exe installed the latest driver and updated itself to Nvidia.exe.
i dont know if that is suppose to happen, but im back to where i was, i dont know if it did anything to stop me from crashing, but my right now my GPU usage is still sky high at 95-100% and im just standing in my house, with High (desktop) graphics, which my GPU should handle without being over 50% GPU, and its not busy here, so i still dont know whats going on.
im also looking into bitcoin miner virus as a possibility, would a bitcoin miner virus only work when GPU is being used? but im unsure about this since only FF14 is the problem and it doesnt have 90%+ GPU on every game or when no games are running.

Your GPU usage is suppose to be sky high if you are running the game with uncapped fps. I doubt you have a bitcoin mining virus because if you did, then your GPU usage would always be affected even when you aren't playing any games.i followed your advice, no internet in safe mode, uninstall GPU driver, reboot install "566.14-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql" from the link you gave me, but it looked like it installed the GPU driver and Geforce experience software, then Geforce.exe installed the latest driver and updated itself to Nvidia.exe.

Do you recall making any changes to your game's graphics settings shortly before your dx11 crashes started happening?
ooh no i cap at 60 FPS now and its still 90-100% GPU, makes sense if i had 80-140 FPS like i use to and that be the caused for high GPU, when i was getting crashes i was changing my ingame graphics, i lowered it each time i get directx error.Your GPU usage is suppose to be sky high if you are running the game with uncapped fps.
