I would keep an eye on the time of the crash, then if you can view the crash from the event viewer and it should give you more details than what FFXIV can give you.
up to now, it only happens on FF14, i tried to find the crash in event viewer but idk how to do that exactly, it crash my times so in the past so wouldnt there already be a report in the event viewer?
i also had a look at the Geforce software, it can control overclock and fan speed but overclock isnt on by default so i dont think its overclocking.

    Hello. Try following:

    1. download Hwinfo Portable: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
    2. start it with "Sensors only"
    3. Create a log. There are buttons in the bottom of the window.
    4. play so for 20 minutes or until the game crashes.
    5. upload the log somewhere so i can look into it. You can also zip it if it gets too big.

    Cheers

ill give this a try but its gonna take longer than 20 mins, like i said it can randomly happen, so in 2mins 2hrs or 2 days it may happen, since i created this thread, the game hasnt crash yet but i dont think i did something to fix it.
my GPU still hits 80-99% on high (desktop) and using 75% memory tho.
ill try and create log each time i play and if it happens ill have one ready.

    You should update your BIOS:
    https://www.asus.com/motherboards-co...=PRIME-A520M-K

You have a older version of it. And then, your voltages look suspicious. It could be, that some contacts are oxidated.

Turn your computer off, pull the power connector from the motherboard and then put it back. Maybe it will remove the oxidation.

i updated my BIOS before i responded, ill try the power trick soon on the motherboard, thanks ^^
Edit: so i disconnected the chunky power plug from the motherboard while the power was off and its back in and working, time will tell if its fine now.
when im on FF14 again, ill make another sensor log to post here, see if the voltage is any better.

Did you try the steps as highlighted by Rinoa_353, as below? These are the steps I would recommend in the instance of this error. I would also recommend doing a Windows Memory Diagnostic as this error can also present itself in bad memory, you can just press start, and then search for Windows Memory Diagnostic.. Now the only thing to consider is that Windows Memory Diagnostic may not always pick up this issue, so it could still be. On top of this you can also try running the system file checker

It sounds like a graphics card driver issue since that's the most common reason when this happens. When you update graphics card drivers, normally the normal installer works but as time goes, bits of older drivers are not fully wiped and therefore cause conflicts with the newer drivers. So you would want to do a thorough graphics card driver clean. Download this very useful utility I have been using for over a decade and then install the latest drivers and it should largely resolve this issue.

1: Download the latest graphics card drivers full install package directly from Nvidia's site here https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/ and place it directly on your desktop for easy access later on.

2: Download this very useful utility that does a thorough cleaning but be warned, it will also wipe Geforce Experience but downloading the full install package from Nvidia's site has Geforce Experience included to install after the clean up with this utility. https://www.guru3d.com/download/disp...ller-download/

3: Extract the utility to your desktop along with the graphics card driver install package.

4: Now this is very important, for the best results, disconnect your PC from the internet and then reboot into Safemode, if you need help rebooting into Safemode, try the following since you're in Windows 11. To reboot into Safe mode from Windows 11, simply click Start, then select the power button, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and then click on Restart, once in the advanced start menu, select 4 or F4 to reboot into Safe Mode without networking.

5: Once rebooted into Safemode, finally run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) as an Administrator from your desktop, then in DDU, select the top option (Clean and Restart).

6: After DDU performs the thorough cleaning, it should reboot itself, if not, it will prompt that it is finished and simply reboot your PC normally.

7: Once rebooted normally, reconnect to the internet and simply install the graphics card drivers you downloaded along with Geforce Experience.

    8. After installing both Geforce Experience and the drivers, reboot the PC one more time normally and you should be good to go and hopefully this resolves your issues.
