Just to add to this, MSI Afterburner makes the process very simple.As I mentioned, a lot of people solved this error by making sure none of their components are overclocked. This is usually configured in the BIOS when the computer starts up, but a lot of GPUs come with software to configure stuff while Windows is running too. I'd suggest looking up to see what settings it should be on.
In general, components usually aren't overclocked by default because of potential issues like this, but sometimes the people who put the computer together decide to be smart and overclock for the consumer thinking it's unlikely to be an issue.
