    On the launcher, if you open the cog wheel on the top right before you login, can you check your DirectX settings? (assuming you can even get that far) I play on PS5 now so I don't remember exactly what it looks like.

    "try deleting the Final Fantasy folder inside My Games inside My Documents." i tried this and it still does the error, "if you open the cog wheel on the top right before you" i tried this and i dont see any directx settings, only backup UI, reset system settings, restore game files.
