Data Center Travel displays incorrect message when attempting to visit an unavaialble

When attempting to visit a world on another data center which is currently unavailable due to congestion, the following incorrect message displays: "Your Home World cannot be selected as a destination." This is incorrect because the world selected is not the character's home world; in fact it's a world on a completely different data center.

For example, a character whose home is on Famfrit logs out from Famfrit and attempts to go to Cactuar on the Aether server. The server name is greyed out, but the player clicks on it anyway out of curiosity.

(Clicking on other worlds on the home data server correctly displays the correct message: "World exists on the same data center. Please use the World Visit system.")

Time first observed: Nov 19, 2024, 4:50pm PST.
    System: Steam (on PC)

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Log out to the character selection screen. (A character with a home on the Crystal, Primal, or Dynamis data center is recommended.) Right-click on character to Visit Another Data Center.
    2. Select another Data Center. (Aether frequently has multiple worlds unavailable for Data Center travel so if testing on NA, Aether is recommended.)
    3. Select a world that is dimmed/greyed out on the selection list, indicating that this world is currently unavailable for data center travel. Click on the world name. Observe the message displayed above the character on the login screen.

It may be that you can't select the congested world and therefore it considers your homeworld selected. This is what I remember when I was DC traveling a lot.
