    Mog Station Won't Use New Debit Card

    Hi,
    I recently got new cards and yesterday my service was shut off because I forgot to update it. No big deal, just put in the new numbers, right? Wrong. I put it in, it says the card is updated but when I go to Service Account Status it refuses to update anything. It'll either act like I didn't do anything, or throw 401 and 601 errors at me at this point I honestly don't remember what error it was giving at first. "Renew subscription", and changing "no recurring subscription payments" both tell me I'm the problem with the same error codes.

    "Ok, so one debit card didn't work but did you try any others?" I hear you say, yes, I tried 2 other cards. One of those cards is the one hubby uses to pay for the game on his account so we know it works... But it doesn't.

    2 Mastercards (mine) and 1 Visa (hubby's) later I bought a game time card of Amazon but this is not sustainable as I don't have access to my retainers. I tried buying Crysta so I could attempt to get my retainers going but yeah, you guys don't want my money for that either.

    WTF do I do? I have been all over all of your faqs, customer support (yes it's a weekend but we know that customer support takes at least a week to get back to you anyway). I have tried all of all the things that things tell me to do. I have done this to the point I thought I got my cards locked down and called the bank just to have them say that they're authorizing the cards, you're not.

    SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE! Tell me how to give it to you... I'm desperate. Even if I buy online cards I still can't pay you the extra $10 monthly for retainers.

    Wait a little over 24 hours since your last attempt to add and charge a card, if you attempted a few times, the system may add 24 hours per times it failed to add or charge.

    If you fail to add a payment method, the system will reject just about everything including PayPal for a set duration.

    If you wait just over 24 hours and it still fails, leave it for 48 hours, then it should work.
