I am getting frame drops/pauses with audio breaks every 3 seconds.

This suddenly started happening a couple days before patch 7.1. Roughly every 3 seconds my frames just suddenly drop by at least 10 frames (I do have my fps capped at 60 atm, hovering roughly at 55-58 fps minus the drops) with odd audio breaks here and there. I have tried reinstalling the game 2 times, messed with my graphic settings by lower stuff, and even checking nvidia app/control panel and system settings and continues to happen. All other games I have run wonderfully so it can't be my system itself (GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER). Me and my SO have tried everything and I am finally here cause I have no idea what to do about this issue. Dawntrail has been running wonderfully since launch and I am confused how this even started to begin with. (I was just leveling pictomancer and it started up in a random dungeon).

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
At what point does the issue occur?

Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
When the issue happens, is the PC over heating at all?
Were any update or changes made to the PC around the time of the issue?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

All steps taken to resolve the issue:

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.

Getting the same issue after 7.1. I get a frame drop with audio bugging every 4/5 mins in a duty. The game was running perfectly before the update.
