Please try the following:
- If your drivers are up to date, try reinstalling the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable). We recommend doing a clean install to remove any possible corrupted files.
- Please try adjusting/lowering the resolution.
- Please try running the game as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- If FINAL FANTASY XIV is installed on the default drive, please try installing on a different drive if possible.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Reinstall game.

It appears that you may be using the Windows cloud program 'OneDrive' in the background, please try closing this program as it may cause interference while trying to sync your files.
